We take great care in preparing and shipping your order. Please read the policy below to understand how we handle shipping, delivery timelines, and related inquiries.
Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays and Canada Post closure dates.

Most in-stock items are shipped within 2–3 business days after the order is confirmed and payment is received.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is processed, and a Canada Post tracking number will be sent once your parcel is in their possession.
Standard delivery times are 5 to 7 business days after the shipping confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and product availability.
Shipping Regions
We currently ship within Canada only. International shipping is not offered at this time.
Carrier & Delivery Method

All orders are shipped via Canada Post.

Boutique Canicule does not accommodate requests for alternative carriers or personalized delivery instructions (e.g., leave at back door, deliver at specific times).

Signature upon delivery is not guaranteed, unless requested through Canada Post’s platform (additional fees may apply, not covered by us).
Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated as follows:

Free shipping on all orders of $100 CAD or more (before taxes).

Flat fee of $15 CAD on orders under $100 CAD.
These charges are applied automatically at checkout.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of shipping errors, damaged items, or defective merchandise.
Boutique Canicule reserves the right to update its shipping policy at any time without prior notice.

Inventory & Product Availability

We do our best to keep our inventory up to date, but items may become unavailable after you place your order.

If an item is no longer available, you will be notified by email or phone and a full refund for that item will be issued to your original payment method.

Boutique Canicule is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by out-of-stock items or unexpected cancellations.
Order Modifications & Cancellations

Delivery Confirmation & Missing Packages
If your tracking link shows “Delivered,” but you haven’t received your package:

Wait 5 full business days after the marked delivery date — delays, mailbox errors, or mis-scanning may occur.

Check with neighbours or your local post office.

If still unresolved, contact us. As per Canada Post policy, only the original sender (Boutique Canicule) can open a formal investigation.
⚠️ Once Canada Post confirms a delivery to the shipping address provided, Boutique Canicule is no longer liable for the parcel. We cannot issue refunds or replacements unless the package is officially deemed lost or stolen by Canada Post after their investigation.
