RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

Boutique Canicule is committed to ensuring the complete satisfaction of its customers. Items may be returned or exchanged under the conditions described below.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES
To be eligible, an item must meet all of the following criteria:
- Returned within 30 days of the billing date
- Unworn and in new condition
- Free of any odor, stain, or sign of wear
- Original supplier tags and hygiene seals intact
- Original receipt included
Non-compliant items will be refused and returned to the sender.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Never remove or discard the original supplier tags or hygiene seals — doing so makes the item non-returnable
- Sale or clearance items are final sale — no exchanges or refunds
- Special orders (online or in-store) are final sale with no recourse
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
ONLINE PURCHASES — MAIL RETURNS
Online purchases must be returned by mail only. In-store processing of online returns is not available.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for defective or incorrectly shipped items (Boutique Canicule will cover costs in accordance with Section 54.13 of the Quebec Consumer Protection Act).
IN-STORE PURCHASES
Items purchased in-store may be exchanged for available in-stock items meeting the eligibility criteria.
No refunds are offered for in-store purchases.
REFUNDS (ONLINE PURCHASES ONLY)
Once a return is accepted:
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt and inspection — maximum 15 days as required by Quebec law
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of defect or error)
- Please include the reason for the return inside the package
EXCHANGES
- Clearly indicate the desired product number, size, and color
- Only exchanges of equal or lesser value are permitted
- If the requested item is out of stock, a refund will be issued (online orders only)
MANUFACTURING DEFECTS & WARRANTY
Products are covered for 90 days from the billing date for manufacturing defects or abnormal damage unrelated to normal wear.

Please include: the name of the staff member contacted, a description of the issue, the original receipt, and the unwashed item with tags intact. No claims will be accepted after 90 days.
ONLINE RETURN PROCEDURE
- Email info@boutiquecanicule.ca with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for written confirmation before shipping the item
- Return the item in its original condition and packaging, along with the receipt and reason for return
- Keep your proof of shipment and tracking number
- Processing takes place within 5 business days (15 days maximum as required by law)
POLICY CHANGES
Boutique Canicule reserves the right to modify this policy without notice. The version published on our website at the time of purchase applies.
This policy complies with the Quebec Consumer Protection Act and the Civil Code of Quebec.
