Refund policy

Boutique Canicule wishes to ensure the complete satisfaction of its customers. Items may be returned or exchanged according to the conditions described below.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

To be eligible, the item must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Returned within 15 days of the billing date

  • Unworn and in new condition

  • Free of any odour, stain, or signs of wear

  • Original supplier tags and hygiene seals intact

  • Original receipt included

  • Sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return

  • Please include the reason for the return inside the package

  • Non-compliant items will be refused and returned to the sender.

  • Never remove or discard the original supplier tags or hygiene seals, as this will make the item non-returnable

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash

Online purchases may be returned using the shipping company of your choice or in-store. The refund will appear on your credit card statement within 5 to 10 days.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except for defective or incorrectly shipped items (Boutique Canicule covers the costs in accordance with Section 54.13 of Quebec's Consumer Protection Act).

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package, reshipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

AFTER ACCEPTANCE

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days following receipt and inspection; maximum 15 days in accordance with Quebec law

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of defects or errors)

  • A fixed $10 handling fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

IN-STORE PURCHASES

No refunds are offered for purchases made in-store.

POLICY CHANGES

Boutique Canicule reserves the right to modify this policy without notice. The version published on our website at the time of purchase applies.

This policy complies with Quebec's Consumer Protection Act and the Civil Code of Quebec.
