Returns/Exchanges
Boutique Canicule reserves the right to verify the merchandise to ensure that it is in new condition, otherwise the return will be refused. The merchandise must not be damaged, it must be clean, without odours. It is important to include the original invoice. If the merchandise is in new condition, the refund will be made within five (5) business days.
It is essential to never cut or throw away the original labels, otherwise it will be impossible for us to proceed with a return or an exchange. If you cut or discard the original supplier labels, you agree to take ownership of the product permanently.
In the case of a return or an exchange, you must return the goods within a maximum period of 30 days following the invoice date.
The delivery costs for the return, if applicable, will not be reimbursed except for defective merchandise, or in the event of an error on our part.
Refunds will be made to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
For a refund, the customer must indicate the reason for the return, when returning the goods. (Ex.: too small, too big, I donât like the way it fits me, etc.)
For an exchange, please note that it is important to specify which product you want in exchange, please indicate the size, colour and product number. Only exchanges of equal or lesser value will be authorized.
No returns, exchanges or refunds will be issued to you on sale merchandise/discount merchandise.
Gift cards are not eligible for refunds.

For all special orders, online or at a point of sale, it is important to note that they are final sales, non-exchangeable or refundable.
Breakage/manufacturing defects
In the event of breakage or unusual manufacturing defects, the product is guaranteed for 90 days.
It is important to contact one of our stores in the event of a breakage or a manufacturing defect before proceeding with the return. Boutique Canicule reserves the right to check the merchandise to ensure that it is indeed an unusual breakage and/or a manufacturing defect.
Once you have talked with one of our stores, either come to the store or send us the item in question, indicating with whom you have spoken, the date and if there is a breakage or a manufacturing defect. The item in question must be in new condition, unwashed, clean, odourless including all the original supplier labels as well as the original purchase invoice. Otherwise, it will be impossible for us to proceed to a return.
No returns or exchanges, under any circumstances, will be accepted after the 90-day period following invoicing.
