Orders and delivery
Boutique Canicule reserves the right to modify at any time, without notice, the prices displayed on the website and / or in store.
All prices are in Canadian dollars.
The prices of the products advertised on the website may differ from the prices in Boutique Canicule stores.
Shipping, handling and applicable taxes are not included in the displayed price.
The price for each of the products ordered is the price displayed on the website.
Deliveries are made as soon as the order is completed according to the availability of the products ordered.
In the event of an error following an online order, you will be contacted by email or by phone and an adjustment will be made, if necessary. For example, if a product is not available, there is an error in tax collection or a product is recalled.
We cannot guarantee the items in your online order in the event of a shortage of inventory. You will be notified by email or by phone. A refund of the value of the item will be automatically refunded to you via the same payment method.
Boutique Canicule is not responsible for any inconvenience or loss due to the unavailability of a product or service.
DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER
Boutique Canicule reserves the right to change shipping costs at any time without notice.
Orders will be delivered by Canada Post.
Orders are sent Monday to Friday (except on holidays and days when Canada Post is closed).
Items ordered will be shipped as soon as possible once the order has been processed.
Delivery times may vary, depending on the delivery address and product availability.
Once your online order has been processed, you will be notified by email. Your tracking number with Canada Post will also be emailed to you only when Canada Post has the package in their possession. No personalized carrier request will be accepted.
The delivery time is 5 to 7 working days.
Boutique Canicule provides delivery in Canada only, for the moment.
CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION OF ORDER
For any cancellation or modification of your online order, you must communicate with us within 24 hours following the payment of your order otherwise, unfortunately, it will be impossible for us to proceed with a cancellation or modification of the order. However, you can contact us to make a return by post as soon as you receive your package. See return policy for shipping costs.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
My tracking says "Delivered", but I haven't received my order yet:
Please allow up to 5 working days from the date your order is delivered before contacting us for investigation. You can also contract the carrier to push the investigation further.
Boutique Canicule dissociates itself from any responsibility for delivery once the package has been delivered and confirmed by Canada Post that it has been delivered to the delivery address corresponding to the address given during your online purchase. However, according to Canada Post policies, only Boutique Canicule can request an investigation in the event of an undelivered package.
